Privacy information

Account and payments

Sign-in uses Google OpenID Connect with email and profile access to create your account. Account records include your Google account identifier, email, and name. Sessions last 30 days. Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment-card details; card details are not submitted to SlideAgain servers. Your account email is provided to Stripe for checkout.

Documents and processing

SlideAgain runs on Cloudflare. Uploaded documents and generated files are stored in private R2 storage. Conversion uses offline OCR; document contents are not sent to an external AI service for processing.

Retention and deletion

Access to conversion files expires after one hour. A cleanup job runs every five minutes in bounded batches; physical deletion may take longer if cleanup is delayed or there is a backlog. You can also use the converter’s delete action to delete a job’s files. Job metadata is retained for seven days.

Account, billing, and support records do not automatically expire. Deletion requests require operator handling and are not an instant account-deletion action. To request deletion or ask about privacy, use the authenticated support form and select Privacy / deletion.

Support records

Support messages, their category, submission time, and account association are stored for operator review. The form does not send email notifications. Avoid putting sensitive document contents, passwords, or payment-card details in a request.
